The bracelet or necklace comes without a clasp or lock.  When you have determined your bracelet or necklace size, choose your lock.  Then you simply unhook the smaller clasp to add or change beads and unhook the larger clasp to put the bracelet or necklace on and off. 

If you upgrade or change a clasp just unhook the two lobster clasps and replace with your new double lock.
